Amiryan is a real-estate agency in Yerevan, Armenia. We run this website and the client cabinet at app.amiryan.am. Questions about your data: write to the address at the end of this page.

On the website: nothing by itself. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics records which pages you open, roughly where from, and on what kind of device, under a random identifier. If you decline, visits are counted only in an anonymous, cookie-free form that cannot be linked to you.

When you contact us: the name, phone number or e-mail and the message you send, so that we can answer.

In the client cabinet: your e-mail and name, the homes you save, the districts you follow and the viewings you request. Agents see these to arrange the viewing.

To answer your requests and arrange viewings, to run the cabinet you signed up for, and to understand which districts and pages matter so we improve the site. We do not sell data and we do not use advertising cookies.

Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd.) for measurement, with IP addresses truncated and advertising features off. Firebase and Google Cloud for sign-in and the cabinet database. Vercel for hosting. Each processes data on our instructions under its own data-processing terms.

Analytics data: 14 months. Contact requests: until handled, then up to 12 months. Cabinet accounts: until you delete the account or ask us to.

You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and withdraw consent at any time: change the cookie choice through "Cookie settings" in the footer, or write to us for anything else. If you are in the EU, you may also complain to your data-protection authority.
